Good morning Mick and all his followers. Light cloud in Suffolk this morning but I should be able to do some more in the garden.
We got plants etc at our local nursery yesterday and the farm shop even had bread flour.
Tonight we get our first delivery, but it has to to our son’s house as they don’t deliver out here. We shall go and sit on the drive until the van arrives.
Keep safe everyone

Good morning from grey overhead West Berkshire.

Husband and son working today so on my own again.
Inspired by The Great British Sewing Bed I think I will dust off the sewing machine which has been tucked away for a year . I have ordered some fabric and a pattern but not for each other ! The fabric is to make cushion covers and I’m struggling to find fabric for the pin tucked blouse pattern .
I love Liberty fabric but I’m loath to buy it on line without seeing it as it is so expensive and I don’t want to make a mistake.

I’ll make soup and cheese scones for lunch but that’s about it for today .

Take care .

Good morning all. Bit of a dull start here on the Suffolk coast. I’m sitting having a cuppa before I do my once a week paperound for us and the neighbours. dh usually does it but he still has one more week until he can drive, after his TIA three weeks ago.

The cafe on our beach has re opened just for takeaways so I imagine it will be busy down here for the weekend , especially as the forecast is good. I hope people will be sensible!

Might watch Cats the Musical on you tube this evening, as there’s not much else on. I think it’s the original which I saw in London Probably 30 years ago.

Have a good day all and kind thoughts for everyone. ?

Good morning from a brightish Leicestershire. It could go either way today.

No plans at the moment. Must look in the freezer and rustle up something for dinner. Made a steak pie yesterday and a rhubarb pie with rhubarb from the garden. It will be gooseberries next as they are coming along nicely.

I hope everyone is feeling well and keeping safe.

Good Morning everyone.
Looking a bit dull in Oxfordshire but should brighten up later.
Sainsbury shop for us and lady next door and then a quiet day I expect.
Will have usual virtual tea and a chat on facetime with DD and virtual play with the GC...we are all becoming quite inventive!
Happy Saturday to all smile

Good morning from the NE coast where we have a bright start to Saturday. It’s still a little chilly so I’m wearing a warm cardi but I am making the most of sitting outside with my cuppa.

No plans for today except maybe pottering in the garden and doing a bit of housework . I have a wash on right now so hopefully I will hang that out later.

No further forward with those people at Barclays but had to laugh when I received an email yesterday asking for my feedback on how helpful they have been. Do they really want me to fill it in ........the phrase “complete Morons” springs to mind grin

I’m well impressed with those daily rubbish collections Bellasnana we are very lucky to have our collected once a fortnight around these parts (and I suspect that would be cut back further if they thought they could get away with it ) the motto of my local authority is “do as little as we possible can for the maximum amount of council tax”.

Welcome to Mick’s friendly good morning page Billericaylady smile

Have as good a day as possible everyone.

Love Gillybob xx

Morning all from a dry north Wales where I’ve just finished my yoga stretches and am about to go back to bed with the chamberpot of wake up ☕️

Are you new Billericaylady? Where are you posting from? We like to get a picture in our heads of where everyone is and from your username I assume SE England unless you’re a long way from home!

Trotting out for a paper and walk later before oat pancakes with blueberries for brunch.....yum!

Stay safe folks x

Good morning everyone. It is already looking like another hot day here in Malta.

I was awake early enough to put the rubbish out, which is an achievement in itself! We have collections promptly at 7am every day except Sunday, and I usually manage to miss it.

No plans for the day although I might wash the floors. It’s a losing battle since I have shiny tiles throughout and a very exuberant dog!

Anyway, wishing you all as good a Saturday as possible.sunshine

Good Morning all from East Staffordshire. I am actually in North Nottingham just coming to the end of a night shift. I will be dropping in on my DS on the way home and we will go for a walk around Nottingham for a bit, I haven’t seen him in the flesh since Christmas? (not my fault he is a busy man!!)
I also have something to drop at a friends house, I hope she has left her gate unlocked as it will be early!!
Once I get home I will take the dog for a quick mooch around the park then I will go to bed for a few hours sleep ? nothing else planned for the weekend.
Enjoy your Chinese Mick, I may do the same tonight actually.
Take care everyone and stay safe❤️

Hello there.

Today I will be doing some of My Family tree along with some sewing making Masks and bunting as due to being furloughed I'm one step ahead if I'm made redundant as its a small company .
I've set up a Facebook page to keep up with the youngsters lol

Looking forward to warmer weather this coming week as should have been on hol this week.

I'm not a Gran yet so no little ones to make for yet :-)

Morning from a grey, chilly E Kent.
I love Chinese food, but DH's digestion can’t take it.
A picnic with DS 2 today. First time we’ve seen him in over 3 months... really looking forward to seeing him.

Good Morning Everyone,
Its dry but with a grey sky over Brackley this morning.
Today for me , nothing much ,and planning on my usual Chinese Take Away , 2 courses .
Mind you with this lockdown, I find myself snacking between meals for and my weight varying slightly each day.
But also under normal circumstances I would have been having my bi annual diabetes check .
Take Care
Mick
