Life in 5 months??

I've just finished tucking away the tail ends of my winter clothes and started wondering what life would be like when I get them out again. I can't see things returning to how they were Pre-Covid. Will social distancing become the norm and face masks compulsory? The small blessing in all this is that it didn't happen in the winter season when it would have been more difficult to get out. Hope things will improve this year before Winter arrives.

I think we'll get back to normal sooner rather than later otherwise there'll be no one left if social distancing carried on. Just think, there would be no one dating, no kissing, no sex, no babies being born, so something has to happen.

poshpaws - I am so sorry that your husband has died. I am in a similar situation - my husband died in February.

I do understand how hard this lockdown is when you suddenly find yourself on your own, with no social outlets to help you through. I have found the Samaritans to be a huge help when things get on top of me and I feel despairing. Please keep that in mind when you have rock bottom days.

I've read on the internet (so could be fake news ) that someone working at a Funeral Directors said for a whole month every death had been registered as Covid 19, apparently, a post mortem doesn't have to be done if death is Covid. She said that in a normal month most deaths are registered as Cancer Heart Attack or Stroke.
