Good Morning Everyone,
Its a clear blue sky start this morning in Brackley , could be a warm day as well.
Nothing unusual today for me , some housework etc .
Try and keep up to date with what's going on.
Take Care ,
Mick

I know what you mean about the loss of spontaneity Mapleleaf. You have summed up exactly how I feel too. The loss of being in the mood to pop out for something or to do anything like a browse around to do some shopping or a trip out seems like a good idea until by the time I have thought through all the precautions in place, the mood has left me. I try not to dwell on it but some days I am more aware of it than others.

Good morning all from a sunny and breezy East Midlands.

Shopping done and cleaned and put away. Much more people wearing masks today.

Susan - I watched Countryfile last night and it brought back lovely memories for me.

Gelisajams - Thank you so much for the photos - I too love Puffins. When I lived in the north east as a child we had a one brought into the class at school. It was injured and had been found on the nearby beach. Our teacher took it along to the vets.

Gillybob - I hope you get that much needed order.

Sending love and hugs to you all. Stay safe.

Lucy I moved with the contents of 3 houses!!!! Almost went insane.

When you get up in the morning and feel energised.....hope that'll be soon.....empty all the outstanding boxes at the same time if you have the space. Re-acquaint yourself with all the contents! Put all your treasures and things for the house on one side, put anything you want to store directly into one box at a time, seal it closed with a written sheet on it so you can find anything important and put those boxes one at a time into store (loft, garage, whatever). Aim is to get all packing and boxes out of the house and your living space, if possible. Then you are forced to deal with the stuff left inside. The feeling you'll get when it's done is wonderful. Getting up the energy and interest to do that.....well, leave that to you. I just got very tired of feeling I was living in a very temporary state. Good luck !

I could sit all day watching the Puffins. They're like little men strutting around and my last and long visit was with my late cousin in the IOM as we sat on a seat with our fresh crab sandwiches overlooking the Calf of Man where the bird life is something else.

Seals galore playing amongst the rocks and a little fishing boat tossing around like a cork with a myriad of seabirds flying above it. A few puffins came to say hello but I couldn't part with any of my sandwich for them---how mean was that ?, my excuse was that they only ate the raw fish out of the sea grin That place on a fine day is magic.

Good Morning all - the sun is trying to shine in Harrogate. Some builders have arrived to knock down a garden wall before it falls down. It's been an ongoing dispute for at least two years, it is a retaining wall (holds our garden in). It is our responsibility apparently, but it's being pulled down by neighbours Ivy!! She doesn't think it's anything to do with her. Problem being it's been caused by neglect by both our previous owners and hers. What this space!!
