I am a new user to Gransnet but commented on a post recently about how quickly coronavirus can get ‘a hold’ on you as I was in hospital with breathing difficulties after an extremely short time.
I was really overwhelmed to receive so many good wishes from you all. I cannot tell you how much it lifted my spirits to know so many people cared when I was feeling very ill, scared, emotional and isolated.
I am pleased to say that I am at home now recovering. My breathing and cough have improved considerably due to the wonderful care I received from the NHS.
Thank you all so much. You will never know how much I appreciated all your comments in my hour of need. Xx
