Hello, I hope people don't mind me asking for some help but a few weeks back my daughters dog had some puppies and when they are old enough I'm going to bring one home.

But I'm really stuck on names for it so if anyone had any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated. My other dog is Craig. Thank you very much.

how about a place name? The village where you are from, or the street the pup was born?

Randomly zooming in on Google maps in England: Grindley, Loxely, Milford, Hixon, etc.

our little aussie shepherd is called Jersey, after both the island and the chocolate!

Congrats on your new addition to the family.

Our first family dog was Bonkers, ‘inherited’ from a friends who could no longer keep him. He was a lovely boy, RIP.

Tom, Benjy, Dino, Dudley, Django. All dogs that are no longer with me. Also Amos, but he was a cat.

DS's neighbour's dogs are called Gnarls and Barkley.

Barkley might or might not be a really appropriate name as minis can be a bit barky! Having said that if it wasn't for the grooming I'd love one. Great little characters.

Will they be registered with the Kennel Club? If so is there a connection to the registered name you could use.

Ready?

Sorry, I thought of Ethelred the Unready but dogs are always ready for a walk.
Ethel and Ready.
It's my convoluted thinking.

Cecil!

Cecil was a centipede.

When I was 6 years old, I had rheumatic fever and had to stay in bed for a very long time. I was given a stuffed dog, which was a Schnauzer. I named him Humphrey Bogart.
I had him for years, until I got married. I don't know what happened to him. Went to the land of forgotten toys, I expect.?
