I am afraid there are shortages of medicines the world over- which is why the EU have pulled together to create a strategy to deal with this as a strong group

Last year, when some of us warned about medicne shortages and difficulty in importing into UK due to Brexit- we were told that we were scare mongering, and I was told that it was cruel and unfair, as some GN members relied on such medicines and cancer treating isotopes for themselves and loved ones. The warning were not meant to scare, but to highlight just how serious this was and had to be countered.
Now the same people reply to someone here who says she is concerned about her son's medication, totally insensitively, and cruelly- 'oh but it will be OK, we will manage- and drugs can be flown in.
Question 1- how much more will it cost to fly in medicines?
2 - will suppliers be more likely to sell to strong large well-organised groups - ordering en masse?
3. - in a scenario where Sterling is tanking- will the suppliers working in Dollars or Euros sell to those with strong currencies, leading to much higher profits, or to those with low, unstable and dropping currencies?
4. - will countries producing and selling those drugs, like Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, etc- prioritise countries that they are in a strong partnership with, and linked by strong international agreements- or those who have turned them down
5. - are they most likely to sell to countries with no internal borders, easy to access without red tape, and without tariffs, or those who are not?
Washed towels in the sun and now like sandpaper.
