"Morning has broken" was sung at our wedding.

We went to a one man concert by Rick Wakeman in St Mary's church in Bury St Edmunds some years ago. He explained that he had played the piano on the original Cat Stevens recording. Rick then sat at a grand piano and played our hymn, beautiful.

Oldies for me, every time, though I make an exception for As I kneel Before You. My children have threatened me with How Great Thou Art or Walk With Me, O My God when I die!

Guardian Angel
Bring Flowers of the Rarest and
The Bells of the Angelus take me back to childhood.

Dear Lord and Father of Mankind. Sometimes I just read through the words, they are so calming.

Daddima the trouble with ‘How great thou art” is that everyone goes off key in the chorus?

Like Witzend and someone on page 1 - Eternal Father strong to save.
My Dad was in the RN, trying to protect those brave men in the MN.
It still brings tears to my eyes.
