Happy Monday all

I'm feeling little low lately and thought i'd try start the day with a gentle on line exercise. I have done the odd class
when we were allowed out but thats with groups
I've never done workout on line
I just need something to boost my mood until we open the world again
Can anyone recommend one they've tried or seen ?

Thanks smile

Tai chi and yoga are both good mood boosters and lots of classes available online.

There's lots on YouTube. I do yoga mostly with Adrienne but choose others depending on how I feel. Ive also done the cardio workouts by Joe Wicks-he's fun. I'd suggest you look and see what's trending and give it a go-if you don't like it for whatever reason, stop the video and try something else.

Another fan of Fabulous Fifties here, there are so many classes to choose from of various lengths and activity levels. I like to mix and match them according to my mood and how much time I have.
Unfortunately don't seem to have been in the mood to do anything these last few weeks.......can't blame lack of time!! Must try and find my inner ?‍♀️?‍♀️?.

I enjoy Fabulous Fifties too.

We have been doing the Joe Wicks exercises for seniors. A few weeks into it I did not follow instructions and hurt my back. After a few days I started back - very tentatively. OH emailed my son and the next day I was sent a video of my granddaughters doing the same exercise class. We now do it together with the girls, spurned on by cries of “you can do it grandma” and lots of giggly nonsense.
The exercises seem to be much easier these days.?

I have been doing Ballet Based Movement for several weeks now (on youtube) and can thoroughly recommend to anyone who has done ballet as a child or fancies themselves as a ballerina. I look forward to my mornings now.

Patsy70 Mon 15-Feb-21 21:17:02

Leslie Sansone walk a mile at home! This was recommended on Gransnet recently, and I think it’s great, especially if you ‘mute’ it!
