I need to purchase an adjustable bed due to medical reasons. I am hoping someone might help me. If you or someone you know has bought one to have you or they been happy with it. How good has the customer service you’ve received? There are so many awful reviews and even more dreadful reports of bad customer service when problems have occurred that I don’t know where to turn. Unfortunately which hasn’t got reviews for adjustable beds but they have on recliner armchairs. Any feedback will be most welcome

If you need it for medical reasons the Occupational Therapist or District Nurse can advise you , they can also supply one

There are lots of options on Google. You could even use your own mattress if it’s the right size.
We used an adjustable bed in a rented holiday flat we visited and I loved it especially as there was a knee lift too which was very relaxing.
Good idea to see if you can get advice from an Occupational therapist probably via gp.

I have a Hypnos which I have found to be excellent. I suggest if you have a local independent furniture retailer pay them a visit. I found our local retailer very helpful. I would advise most strongly to avoid companies advertising in magazines, they are very expensive and not of the best available. I hope you find something suitable for your needs.
