Maybe time to revive it?
This was us in July 1970 - so our Golden Wedding would have been last year. However 47 1/2 years was pretty good!

My grandchildren's professional photographs can only be seen online and I cannot work out how to open the link. I'd prefer to see and touch real photos, so I know what I want to buy.
I'll try to copy and post one of my 1960 wedding, 60 years in 1920 - no party because of covid.

You look beautiful and your DH was so handsome ! I looked hideous on my wedding photographs so I won’t try ( even if I knew how ) to post any up. Suffice to say they could easily be mistaken for photographs of Yoda marrying ET ?

These are all lovely photos. You all look beautiful. Congratulations on your long and happy marriages ?

I was married in 1978. My grandparents were so proud to have a lovely photo taken with the bride and groom and it was in a frame on their wall.

The photo disappeared following the breakdown of my marriage. When my grandparents died many years later we found a biscuit tin full of photos in their house, including the aforementioned wedding photo. But there was just a bride with the proud grandparents. One of them had taken a pair of scissors and removed the groom!

Gingster - it’s lovely of you to say that. But unfortunately many a true word is said in jest ! I must have been absent the day good looks were handed out, but my mother always kindly told me I made up for it with being smart. ( Remember though she was biased and probably dismayed at seeing what an ugly family she’d produced ! )
