Good morning Mick, morning all from Argyllshire where it’s a little cloudy at the moment.

Photo taken from my hotel room window an hour or so ago. Zoom in to see the sleeping Highland cattle.

DD and her gang will come over from their holiday cottage after breakfast for a walk and a scramble on the rocky shore of the loch.

Wishing you all a peaceful Sunday whatever your plans are.

Good morning from north Surrey, another hot day is promised.
Fabulous day with all the family. Managed to get a shady spot for our picnic. The children all enjoyed playing together and lots of catching up with adult cousins.
I am feeling a bit delicate this morning due to having a few glasses of wine so will be taking it easy and finding the shade in our garden.
DH is cooking on the BBQ this afternoon for 2.
Wishing all a peaceful Sunday ??

Good morning everyone.
Yesterday morning I wrote a very long post, went into my photos to decide which to use then somehow my post had disappeared when I returned to GN.
I thought I would fill in the gap today but if my efforts come to naught it is such a waste of time so I’ll bow out for now.
Best wishes to all.

Good morning from a sunny E Kent. Mercifully, it isn’t going to be as hot as the rest of the country, I don’t “do” hot.?
Quiet day as usual - virtual church, papers…. We sti have a long way to finish the turkey!
Last dat of the Open. The traffic seemed better managed yesterday on our narrow medieval streets! Good luck to the players.
Hope every has a restful day.???☀️?

Good morning from mid Devon where it’s already hot.

I’m glad folk liked yesterday's photo; thank you for your kind comments. Earlier, I walked out on the decking to enjoy the coolness of the morning. I was briefly joined by a thrush which perched on the railing before flying away. A magic moment!

I enjoy reading of all your family times and holidays! Make the most of them! ???
