Good Morning all. How much sleep do you get each night? ( on average)

I should think I average about 6 hours. Go to the loo at least once, maybe twice, sometimes go straight back to sleep, sometimes not.
Was in bed by 9.30 last night as felt tired, but wide awake by 5, made myself stay in bed until 5.30. Got up then, went and picked tomatoes in the greenhouse, then walked to fetch my Saturday paper. Eating my breakfast by about 6.45.

I sleep for 4 hours, wake up, fall back to sleep for maybe another 2 & that’s it.
I remember the days when I slept for 10 hours straight.
Just wondering if it’s an age thing as I still work and lead a busy life.
