What advice would you give Katie Price?

I know nothing much about her (does she have a disabled son ?) but her life seems to be wholly dedicated to her appearance . I zapped for five minutes into master chef and saw her deaths head immobile plastic face and thick eyebrows

She comes across as very insecure underneath all the brashness.

If she was my DD I would tell her to take a step back from dating and enjoy her horses and children.

Peter Andre seems to be the best husband Katie Price has had. It's a shame it couldn't last. The others look to me to be hangers on, enjoying a celebrity lifestyle at her expense and the kudos, in some men's eyes, of being with Katie Price. I think she is desperate to remain in the public eye and at her age, early 40's, she is still putting herself through cosmetic surgery which has taken it's toll on her. She needs help and support. Her Mum is terminally ill and whether people like her or not, she has been a good mother to her disabled son, Harvey.

I think she is a very damaged soul and unfortunately damaged souls attract either other damaged souls or controllers As the person who has abused her sounds to be her present partner I hope she doesn’t go ahead with the forthcoming marriage in the belief everything will be alright

There has been rumours and counter rumours over her mother’s illness

I think she seems as if she has been a good mum to Harvey and the other children all appear good natured and caring so she can’t be all bad she has too much money to spend on herself and obviously a body dysmorphic illness that has never been tackled

I wouldnt talk to Katie price I would point out to society that if you put teenagers on the front pages of newspapers topless dont be surprised if there are consequences for the people involved.

BlueBelle I was going to mention body dysmorphia.
I also believe that she has an Autistic Condition, and maybe ADHD.
She is certainly a very complex woman.
I am sure that she mentioned in her first autobiography that she was sexually abused when she was a child.
It goes without saying that I have a lot of sympathy, even affection, for Ms Price.

there is far more to the individual than that

sarnia says it all that she knows nothing else than putting herself in the public eye and lets not forget that is how she makes a living while others have more more conventional jobs

you may have a point galaxy but linda lusardi was in my class at school became a page 3 model and is a devoted wife and mum and very normal

KP has made some bad choices in the men in her life over the years all seem to be more interested in the celebrity lifestyle than in her personally.
She has been a good mother to her children and made sure Harvey has the best she can give him.
Sadly things seem to have gone wrong once again for her its a shame as she could have progressed to a good career within the circles she is involved with I hope she can get in control of her life and turn things around for the good of her family.

Katie Price makes a living from being in the public eye. Bad publicity is better than no publicity and she has 'sold' every aspect of her life good and bad.

Yes because as a teenager well I would say child this was presented to her as the way to make money. And once she took it there wasnt much of a route out. She seems to me one of the most unhappy women I have ever seen.

Oh and if what is alleged is true then the police will obviously need to follow the procedure with regard to domestic violence and children as however damaged and unhappy I think Katie Price is there are children involved and they are the priority.

And Galaxy, she was supremely successful at it.
She was hardly going to turn her back on it, aged 25 or whatever, and become an estate agent.
Her physicality was tied up with her entire self identity and others’ perception of her.

What has been alleged?

She was allegedly attacked in her home Fanny .
Her attacker was a 32 year old man who was arrested.
Her current fiancé is a 32 year old man.
One draws conclusions.

I think an awful lot of you believe all the media nonsense around Katie Price. She knows how to play the game. I don’t believe she’s a good mother at all. Ok her children aren’t being abused or beaten but why is she a good mother? She has 5 children by 3 different men and, if the press are to be believed, is trying for another with this man.

She once appeared on some celebrity therapy type show where different celebs spent an hour with a psychologist of some kind discussing their issues. She cried and said she couldn’t leave Harvey to even attend Junior’s events at school. She couldn’t bear to be parted from him. Total lies and all for sympathy and column inches. She was often out and about and Harvey wasn’t in attendance.

When married to Peter Andre she treated him like dirt- on camera. She was disrespectful to his parents and family and as she used to say to him repeatedly “it’s all about me”. When he left her life spiralled out of control as she tried to make him jealous with stunt after stunt and it all backfired.

I agree it all stems from insecurity and she lurches from one relationship to another seeking some kind of validation but she can be a nasty piece of work when she doesn’t get her own way.

I used to quite like her years ago but I’ve seen through the facade I’m afraid and what is apparent is that she can’t be told about anything so giving her advice would be a waste of time.

Allegedly she is bankrupt but manages to have any number of facelifts, Breast enhancements etc. I don’t feel sorry for her. I feel sorry for her children, most of whom appear to have caring fathers. I gather the Andre children spend most of their time with their father and his wife and family. Her eldest disabled son lives in sheltered accommodation. And yes, she does give the impression that any man is better than no man. How do I know all this? I read OK magazine at the hairdressers.

The plastic surgery is paid for by the foreign plastic surgeons who do it.
I presume that her holidays while she has the procedures done are paid for by them too.
The plastic surgery companies then get all the publicity that she drums up.
Remember her trip where she ‘broke her foot’ and it was said that she may never walk again?
It’s all very grim.

A couple of years ago I was in a queue behind a young woman buying clothing in a chain store.
When her shopping got to over £700 the two assistants on the till suggested to the rest of us that we seek other tills as there was a lot more in baskets which we couldn’t see.
I wouldn’t have known her from Adam but was told it was Katie Price.
She was no more attractive when not “done up” than most people.
She had been declared bankrupt and also banned from driving in the few weeks previous to this.
She frequently holidays in exotic locations and undertakes medical beautifying procedures, someone must be paying and reaping some sort of benefit.
My advice would be to wake up and smell the coffee.
Normal life is not so bad and can be very happy and a man isn’t vital to achieve this state.
