We too had a lovely few days away- made a snap decision yesterday to come home a day earlier than planned as the weather forecast wasn't too promising- good call I think looking out of the window .

Good morning from a heavy showery and blustery South Yorkshire, a big change from recent days.

We were lucky to have lovely, warm weather whilst away, so feel very fortunate about that. At least I got all my washing dry yesterday, so today I will be ironing it.

Good Morning all from soggy Harrogate - not the only thing soggy - I seem to have a cold, been going on for days. Had a PCR test last week which was negative, so it is just a cold (or long covid) - anyway, made a bit of headway setting up my landline phone, just hope it does what I want it to when it's set up.

It's housework day today so I don't have to go out thankfully.
