Help! The old kitchen door is locked. I'm wandering hither and thither like a lost soul. Has a new kitchen been opened please? I hate being this side of the door.

Glad to hear that you’re finally getting some attention from the right people GrannySomerset. We are just not equipped to go it alone, crikey, we’re only human.
The scan palaver sounds a bit yuk Urms and others. I’ve been lucky enough not to need one myself, so far. If I ever do I’ll refer back for good advice. In your shoes Urms I’d have been lying back imagining a nice bar in Malaga and a big glass of red (no calories when it’s just imagined).
Waiting for our Tesco delivery, too late to add a tin of rice pudding, shucks.
Next time.
Hope the migraine has gone SueDonim. Horrid things, used to suffer but not since menopause for some reason.
Glad to hear you’re happy in your thermals Blossoming.
Loved those blue Mediterranean photos Grandmafrench, makes me dream of holidays and warm sunshine.
Always appreciate your posts which emit the same warmth.
How’s the eco house building going Muse? I’m so jealous. Do you have a moving date?
Thanks for your approval of my style annodomini, I take it you meant my volunteering as a taster. Always up for it.
Bye for now x

Thank you Polly. A sad day. I forgot to welcome you to the kitchen too!

Sorry you’ve lost a dear friend GrandmaBatty flowers

Feet up now if you can grandmabatty. A sad and difficult day for you flowers.

I’m pleased there seems to be sense grannysomerset. Better late than never I guess but goodness, that level of lack of care makes me cross.

It’s definitely chilly here today. Very windy. Our local weather forecaster promised with a distinct note of glee in his voice the morning could bring tornados. Really?

Take care everyone. TOYA.

If that deletion means what I think it means, it is a well deserved deletion and an unforgivable post.

Annsixty hear hear. No excuse for spite

Grandmabatty Sorry to hear about your dear friend. Such an amazing character. My condolences to Jim's family and friends?.

Yiayia4 Tue 19-Oct-21 16:58:36

Very good new GS may your DH continue to improve.
Grandmafrench your post as always was kind and helpful?

Well done Urmstrongran An MRI is never pleasant but you got through it.

We have had Boris dog today so nothing much gets done but he is getting a lot easier to look after.
So sorry for the loss of your friend Grandmabatty.?
Have a nice evening everyone.

Grandmabatty Tue 19-Oct-21 17:01:07

Thank you all. He was such a lovely man and I am honoured to have been counted among his friends. It's a fish and chips night. The fish man was sorely disappointed that the boy wonder wasn't at his grandma's house. I know my plaice in the scheme of things. He's a good sole eely.

You have betrayed her possible wish to not be known again by her former name.
If you did it with her knowledge I apologise unreservedly.

Grandmabatty To be respected and remembered lovingly is the highest accolade. flowers

I am feeling a wee bit out of sorts. Sorry, but I cannot be more chatty today. I'm sure that by tomorrow, I shall have regained my mojo.

My love to you all, especially our Kitchener friends in need of extra TLC.

Oh dear what on earth is going on in the kitchen ?

Please let’s revert to normalcy ???☕️

annsixty Tue 19-Oct-21 17:16:33

I didn’t report you Fanny but obviously someone else felt as I did.
You cannot “out” people who have left for a good reason but then decide to return under a different name.

GrannyGravy13 Tue 19-Oct-21 17:21:58

FannyCornforth this thread is not the correct place to air any perceived grievances

It is a place free from conflict, full of support and friendship.

Grandmabatty Tue 19-Oct-21 17:28:07

Thank you Soop. Hopefully you'll feel better tomorrow and your lovely thread can return to its usual, friendly and helpful self.

Good evening kitcheners. Had lovely day with twenty month old granddaughter. Great fun. I must say I am getting rather too fond of watching Bing. No time to read the posts. Will do in bed. My best wishes to all. A dry day forecast for tomorrow. Will try to plant bulbs. X
