Good Morning Everyone,
Its dark but a dry day outside at the moment in Brackley .
Yesterday I did a bit of a mix as to buses , I went to Buckingham, got bus to Bicester , returned to Buckingham had something to eat and browsed flea market , and decided to return to Bicester to the bus back to Brackley .
Today , apart TV , I will prepare myself a chicken dinner enough for 2 days on my own .
Take Care,
Mick

Good Morning Mick and all from a bright Lancashire coast.
Mundane start to the day, washing my hair, which I leave as long as I can, unlike my daughter who used to wash hers every day, not sure how often now. Out for meal tonight and friend coming to stay overnight so will tickle the bed awaiting them.
My cat is truly spoiled, badgering me even when just fed.
Not reading as much due to my iPad, but enjoying Travels with my Aunt by Graham Greene. He describes her as so very elderly, rather thought provoking to me now.
Another card painted, can’t get round to Christmas cards, as I know I should.

A very late good morning all from olddudders and me! He was very touched to receive such warm birthday greetings from many of you on Friday for which our grateful thanks. That evening we celebrated at The Buccaneer, followed by a take away curry, a rare treat for DH as they are not readily available in his part of France.

We are spending a couple of days at my holiday home on the edge of Dartmoor, hence no post yesterday but now I've learnt how to access the internet via the hot spot on my iPhone, I can connect again!

Castle Drogo might have the pleasure of our company later as we have sunshine breaking through! smile

I hope those who aren't so well or worried find relief and my thoughts are especially with JaxJacky at this sad time. flowers

I certainly will be thinking of you today, GrannySomerset and hope your DH accepts that you need the respite. With the support of your children, hopefully we will understand.
Thank you for the lovely birthday wishes which are much appreciated. I’ll raise a slice of cake to Urm’s mum and to your DGS, monk08. ?

‘we’ should read ‘he’. Sorry.
