Seen a few posts about the white stuff on gransnet. We don't have any here in South Devon yet sadly.
So do you have any, where are you roughly, and do you love it like me or hate it with a passion?
Do tell smile

Light covering but heavy frost in East Midlands. Message early this morning to tell us golf course unplayable! Staying in and trying to keep warm, decided good opportunity to write some more Xmas cards.

Oxford - crunchy slippy white leftovers from last night which are gradually melting. Love it. It's the only time my garden looks as good as anyone else's!

None in Nairn, north Scotland. Absolutely love it!!!

none here in poole but we rarely get snow here because it all falls on the purbecks before it gets here ☹. i love it and have my fingers crossed we get some this winter.

No snow here (south of Denmark) yet, it would be early for snow too. The sky certainly looks as if the clouds are snow clouds rather than rain clouds.

Cold, overcast weather here today, so I got my south facing front room windows washed and polished this morning.

Love snow, so hope we do get some this winter.

It looked like sleet here this morning in West London but the sun is now out and it is bitterly cold. I like snow falling a little at Christmas when I am nice and warm inside but loathe it at other times. Dread walking in it especially on icy pavements as I often fall and am really worried about falling and breaking a limb. I am beginning to get a real phobia about that these days as I get older and wobbly. I try to find the right pair of boots with soles suitable for snow and ice but to no avail!!!

It's just beginning to thaw and I'm hoping to be able to sweep the snow off the car because there's a birthday card I need to buy and send urgently!
I am trying to post a snap of the view from my window this morning.

Quite a heavy snowfall here in Long Eaton in the East Midlands. Still covering hedges, roof tops and our car this morning although the road is clear. Looks lovely but don’t like to be out in it. Hope it goes soon.

Frozen snow in Derby. I put out warm water and food for the birds and this is very early in the season. The birds have a lot of crabapples but I felt they needed some suet.

Lots of the stuff and it will be here for months, well we do live in Sweden so its expected, but I hate it.

Sheilasue Mon 29-Nov-21 13:02:53

None in SE London, sunny but cold.

How do I get to show photos on here? I have some some snowy ones I want to show

TillyTrotter Mon 29-Nov-21 13:06:23

A smattering overnight but it has all melted now and is 4 degrees outside.

Lots in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Children sledging on the hill behind. Was pleasing to see as we didn't have to go out in it.

Any thing in preference to the gales that had been with those of us in N Cornwall .Glad I am fully insured.

A light covering yesterday and today here in NE Scotland. It’s raining now, so that’ll shift it.

Biddysue Mon 29-Nov-21 13:39:51

Still got snow here with very slippery side roads and pavements in South Derbyshire

rowyn Mon 29-Nov-21 13:42:19

Woke up to a lightish covering this morning in Maidenhead, Berkshire. It's now 2pm and it's almost disappeared, thank goodness. It's COLD!!

Spec1alk Mon 29-Nov-21 13:43:37

None in North Wales at the moment

Yes snow here in Cheshire

EEJit Mon 29-Nov-21 14:07:14

No snow in our little patch of Lincolnshire.

I love walking the snow, not in blizzard conditions though.

Chocolatelovinggran Mon 29-Nov-21 14:10:16

I'm in Bergen. Plenty of snow here .

CBBL Mon 29-Nov-21 14:22:16

About one and a half inches fell here in the Highlands yesterday. Some still on the ground today, but it started to rain this morning and now it's all gone! I expect there will be some on the Sutherland Mountains still, though! We can see them in the distance, but our home is very close to the North Sea.

Happysexagenarian Mon 29-Nov-21 14:44:27

None on the Isle of Wight, just frost, but it's a tad nippy!

SuzyC Mon 29-Nov-21 15:05:37

We had a considerable amount of snow in Staffordshire on Saturday and there is still quite a lot of it lying around. Nice to look at but quite troublesome if you need to be out and about.
