You have said which part of Manchester you live and several mentions of where your apartment block is in your town, so it’s not inconceivable that someone reasonably local could think, what the hell, I’m taking her at her word?

Bit far for me from Berkshire though, especially as I really avoid driving in the dark!

I might pop in to see Urmstongran when driving by on my way to Trafford General for an MRI scan, I’m very anxious about it and a sherry might calm me down - or send me to sleep during the scan! I know where Sainsbury’s is so I reckon I could find her gaff quite easily.

I’m going to put my big girl pants on and go on my own instead of having my sister or daughter drive me. They have to act as chauffeur on visit to the Eye Hospital because I have nasty eye drops put in.

Maybe Urmstongran might fancy a jaunt to the hospital with me.

You can enter via the front or as a lot of Aussies do feel free to head around the back. Plenty of room in the pool and it is warm enough for a refreshing dip

We have 3 levels so hard to get it in a pic.Stairs keep us fit, that’s the theory anyway.

I ❤️ your coffee table. We have exactly the same one I think. Space for us really as the lid lifts up. Goodness only knows what’s in there.

Thanks merlot we love it but it has taken 2 years to sort the pesky roof out and to get here!!

We do not have a swing room - we do, however, have a dinng room that is full of the stuff that was spoiling the look of the hall, so please don't go in there.

From my front door you'd see at least 3 cats sitting and staring at you. They run to see who it is whenever anyone comes to the door.

We have only been here since Feb and still finding things to do.

Urmstongran, space is something we are not short of.

This is our failed downsize move. To find the must haves we had to compromise so have the bigger than needed house and the pool.

Calistemon plenty of well priced Aussie wine available, I like red. The floor is blackwood which is an Australian timber, it's super practical for us.

Oh I forgot to mention that after the dip in the pool feel free to use the 3 hole putting green and half cricket pitch. Mind the windows though.
