How do you drink your Bailey's?

This 'thing' for Bailey's has passed me by but I'm determined to try harder so - how do you drink your Bailey's? What sort of a glass, with ice, without, with something else?

And does it actually have an apostrophe?

God forgive me - over ice in a half pint glass and I'm not even a drinker normally!
