What's your favourite tipple?

For many of us it is customary to have a seasonal drink of something to toast Christmas or New Year.
Yesterday I had a glass of red wine or two, but today am enjoying a shot of Bailey's Irish cream so I think I have decided it's my favourite tipple.
How about you, what's yours?
I'm not a regular drinker, only on special occasions like today.

Cider is my go-to. Yesterday I mixed cider with cranberry juice, since I was cooking and visiting, and had to pace myself.
Occasionally wine with dinner, but I certainly do not know my wines. I like red but not too sharp or dry.

Once in a blue moon Bailey's in coffee or chocolate. A small dose of Amoretto in tea will also warm your bones!

My favourite tipple is pink Champagne but enjoy a Puligny Montrachet or an Aloxe Corton.
