A dire situation Aldom so hard ?.
Hope you’re having a better day dusty and the private nurse can help and also provide some reassurance.

Thanks Mr. Soop.
And Soop I have a small idea of the changes your digestive system is going through, finding a new route through. In french it's the 'transit' which I think is a good word.
I had it in a minor way after my repair of 3 hernias, I was told to retain for checking any bowel movements.
Happy Days! not really. But better now TG.

SueDonim Wed 23-Feb-22 21:23:50

Thank you MrSoop for taking time from caring for Soop to update us. Good to know she’s on the right road. smile

Aldom I’m so sorry, what a horrible situation. flowers

I hope all poorly people are improving, there seems to have been so much non-Covid illness since lockdown was lifted.

It’s not been a nice day here. Howling wind and rain, although that eased off mid-afternoon. It feels so cold even though the the thermometer claimed it was 8deg outside. I changed the bed linen this morning so am looking forward to crawling into bed with a hottie bottie later on.

Sleep well, all! Xx

My dear friend died yesterday in the early afternoon. Her family were with her.
Soop I hope you had as restful a night as possible and that you continue to make good progress with each day.
Such bad news from Russia /Ukraine this morning.
Thinking of all who are unwell, worried or sad today.

Morning, yes Doodle, Mimosa, someone posted on our local fb they’d trimmed a tree and offering it free, there was loads. I love it it and don’t often see it it in this country.

Oh Aldom my heartfelt condolences to you. The loss of a dear friend is a hard loss indeed.

TillyTrotter Thu 24-Feb-22 08:22:10

I’m so very sorry to read that you have lost your dear friend,
Aldom. I hope you can remember some of the happy times during your friendship, although you will feel heartbroken right now. Since condolences to you and her family.

The pure white Hippeastrum is very apt today SueD. It blooms magnificently for a while and then is gone. Such is the circle of life.
Jaxj the Mimosa is wonderful - thanks for sharing. It is a rare sight except on pictures.

Thanks to soop and Mr soop for popping in here and keeping us updated on how things are going now soop is home. Keep getting stronger ?

TOYA

Hello everyone, this is a nice thread. Given what is going on in the world I will probably take a wee break from the forum. I don't post too often but I find this site interesting and there are some really caring people. The sun is shining and it's been snowing. Weekend is meant to have better weather. Take care everyone.
