Good Morning Everyone,
Its twilight ,and a clear sky with signs of rain on the ground here in brackley .
Today , I will hopefully go via Buckingham to Bicester and return direct to watch cycling on TV this afternoon .
I had a fish & chip takeaway yesterday lunch, and the price as leaped by 40p seems to average 20p every 2 weeks increase.
Take Care,
Mick

Just want to say thank you for all the lovely support here as always. Especially kind as so many of you are going through your own trials and tribulations.
You are a lovely lot.

Well that's a timely comeback, LN. I didn't have anything to write until I saw your beautifully simple tribute to your sister. Lucky pair you were. I never had the good fortune to have one. I salute your wordsmith talents with obvious love overflowing. Sad for you?but very glad you had each other.

Good morning Mick and everybody. Sunny skies in my corner of Lancashire this morning, currently 9°C.

Nothing good in the news this morning, my heart goes out to the people of Ukraine. Closer to home fuel costs are spiralling and Covid cases are on the rise, I worry about the many people badly affected by both of these things. Our bills will go up in April but we are not struggling as many others will be.

I’m glad the hospice doctor is supportive Grandmattie and I hope the new meds ease your husband’s pain.

Hope the tooth saga is nearing its end Gagagran and hope your poor dog is OK Maw, how shocking for both of you.

Beechnut if you search for ‘DIY iPad cover’ on YouTube there are some lovely examples.

Enjoy your time with Dollie Marydoll but don’t do too much.

Sorry for your loss LauraNorder.

Hope your daughter is resting after such a trying day Gingster, I used to feel exhausted after long hours at the hospital.

Wishing you all the best possible day. May all those with worries find some comfort and all who are under the weather find some relief. ?

grandMattie, I’m so sorry, I have only just gone back to read yesterday’s thread. Such sad news for you all. It seems so unfair that one family must endure so much. Sending you love and strength. X

Still just about time to wish you all a Good Morning from a dry, sunny & mild N.,Cambs.,

Sad & worrying times for many of you at the moment, it's been a tough time for so many, these past 2 years.

LauraNorderr, that's a loving tribute for your dear sister, you have my sincere condolences at this very sad time.

I'm pleased that you & your DH are getting support, grandMattie, you've had, & are still having a hard time.

I hope Rosie recovers well, Maw, that must have been a shock for you, (& her).

Thinking of you all, especially those with added worries & sadness. flowers

Good morning Mick and all from a sunny northwest coast.

Just scraping in to send good wishes to grandMattie showing lots of fortitude at a difficult time.

So pleased to just have a day at home today after a very busy few days hurtling here and there, so will do a catch up and enjoy my own company (and the cat)

What a tender tribute to your sister LauraNorderr. I have no sister to ring but a younger brother, who is very much like me. I will be ringing him tomorrow morning and I hope he won't mind me reminding him that he will be 70 in one month.
