Good Morning Everyone,
Its dark, dry but looks cold outside here in brackley this morning .
I have my chiropodist visit this morning ,apart from maybe a shop later , stay in if its cold out.

Thank you all for your kind wishes. I have been I bed for the last few days, quite unwell. Not Covid, heart issues and an RA flare up, which have knocked me for six.All my own fault!

Feeling grim and a bit low, didn't feel up to chatting. Sorry to have caused people to worry. I tend to go into my shell, when I am unwell like this.
You are a 'lovely lot', as Soop would say ?.

rubbish night with back very painful, but so flipping cold didnt want to get up but gave up about 3.45am and got up. Sorted out a few bits of paperwork but not really in the mood. It has been snowing and very cold all morning . A friend got my local paper for me , which was good of her and so sort of giving up and going to get something to eat, a cup of coffee and look at the paper and hope that I warm up a bit.Updated the calendars and definitely 1st April and think the joke is on me! Oh well it must improve (I hope!)
