Good morning everyone, lovely morning here , I’ve changed the bed , washing on the line , bucket at the ready to wash the floors
DD is away and my lovely cleaning lady is having a knee replacement this week , I’m not exactly enjoying my tasks , but it is good to have something to do !
I’m having a rest watching the scammers programme! It’s nasty how they target people
I didn’t get to Church yesterday , but continued my on line ?? And I remember all on here at the same time . I don’t know why but I’m getting house bound and don’t like going out on my own now , I think I’m using Covid as an excuse to stay in

Fanny asked me to let people know that she can't post for a week. As she reads this thread daily, but doesn't always post, she asked me to send her Easter wishes to all.

Obviously, GNHQ will delete any comments about why. I have already had one deleted as many others have, for commenting on it.

Ah, THAT doghouse Marydoll. I didn’t realise that why Fanny had asked you to post. That explains it. Thank you. I don’t need to know more, I was just unaware what ‘the doghouse’ meant!

The term comes from the time, when a number of grans couldn't post and that was a way to discuss them,without actually naming them.

I just popped in to wish everyone a Happy Easter Monay and best wishes to all who aren't feeling well or have other troubles.

A snooze this afternoon sounds like a good idea Mick - I might join you (virtually) as we've had a busy weekend with friends one day and family yesterday.
