I cannot get my head around the need to post your results daily on the likes of GN and Facebook. What is the point??? I have never seen anyone announce that they completed the Times Crossword in 10 minutes or similar. Surely the point of Wordle is to keep brains active and for your own satisfaction. It is not a competition.

It’s fun, it’s sociable and we enjoy it. It’s not compulsory to join in or even read this thread.

Rest assured that if I did manage to complete the Times Crossword in 10 minutes or less I would post it. Unfortunately as I don’t buy The Times that is never going to happen

Well done to MissA and others who got it in two attempts. I got it in three today which made me feel better after going back to yesterday’s time and again but eventually managing it in six. It still doesn’t look right somehow but as it says it is and I can’t think of any other spelling for that particular word, it must be.

Bloooming totally agree with you “it’s fun, it’s sociable and we enjoy it.”

It might even be stretching my brain a bit
