Just opening the kitchen early today to say Hi to liamsnanna and welcome to the kitchen
I didn’t get chance to post yesterday as I’d been travelling to DD1s house in Cambridge and we had a lovely busy evening with the DGSs
Everyone is out here just now, school and work etc so I’ve the lovely sunny house to myself - might just chill on the terrace most of the day.
I need to save my energy levels as I’m looking after the two little imps, 5 and 7 later, from school pick up time until late as DD1 and SiL are going out to a concert

Hope all the dental appointments went well yesterday ??

We are looking after Henry today.He is sleeping on grandpa’s lap at the moment.I have been for a walk down the lane and got back just before the heavens opened.

I’m overwhelmed by the kindness of Soop’s kitcheners. Thanks to each and every one of you.

Just popping in for a catch up before Mr Sainsbury pops round. I am in bad books as I forgot to order DH's bananas so will have to go to an actual shop for some.

We have done tip run and a charity shop drop off today so the garage is fairly tidy. Felt very virtuous.

I then went to the garden centre and feel rather less virtuous now. And somewhat poorer.

Good afternoon Blossoming...a lovely day for sitting out on the terrace, intook advantage of the nice weather and did a bit of gardening and DH put up my new washing whirler which has so far stayed up ?

Thank you for all your kind wishes for Henry.We’ve had a nice day with him,he was happier after his nap.He was sent home unwell from playgroup yesterday but seemed more himself today.

We have discovered an artisan bakery very near DGD’s school and today succumbed to temptation and purchased two loaves and some cinnamon rolls.The rolls had disappeared by the time we had been in DD’s house five minutes.Absolutely delicious.Our new Thursday treat I think.

They tend to feel better after a nice nap im sure you gave him lots od cuddles to make him feel better ? ...that bakery sounds amazing , we have lots of independent bakery like that in Cambridgeshire but tend to sell out early

Hi all, our weather has been pants, grey with a hint of drizzle in the last couple of hours, allegedly warming up at the end of next week.
Grandson is having a whale of a time, a photo was sent to my daughter, she is reassured.
Looking after the voluntary phone line today, unusually quiet, some of our drivers are considering if they’ll continue with fuel prices as they are.
Thursday we watch a film, about to choose.

L goes to Wythenshawe at 9:30 am to the Plastics unit to have the stitches out and assess the situation, we are very apprehensive but hoping for the best.
