Heatwave, not here!

Your garden is beautiful!! It's 28°c here in the west country and I've achieved nothing all day.

I am in the South of England and have been in the garden under shade but have come inside as it is too hot. The temperature inside my house is 33 degrees and it is sodding hot. I have just rubbed the dog down with cool water she is now lying down. Apparently this heatwave is not going to last and will soon breakdown, thank God for that it is too much for me.

It was 27 c earlier 24 c now. Merseyside

I got soaked to the skin this morning walking to the gym. A miserable trudge home in a cold wet coat and a sopping skirt clinging to my legs.
Bucketed down all morning. I can see a glimpse of blue sky now.
It’s going to take days for my gym bag to dry out.

South Hampshire, boiling, but a breeze, I’m skulking indoors.

32* here in London suburbs I’m under the trees at the bottom of the garden wondering if I want to eat at all.

I am just down the road from you Minimoon (county durham) it's been boiling but is cloudy now.

Windy and overcast here all day today but feels a humid. It was raining this morning and could do so again at any time. North Northumberland.

It`s 29-c in the black country,too blinking hot for me.

31C here in Bedfordshire and hayfever in full swing today despite the medication - a miserable day for me.

30+ in greater london. I have been out today, very hot.

33 in Surrey, chose the right weekend to visit ?

it's only 14 in the West Highlands, wet and windy ! I do not envy that heatwave though, you can keep that!

It was like winter in St.Andrews this morning , cagoule zipped up tight and rain blowing though the wind ! It was heavenly here yesterday ....

I'm in France at the moment and it's 37 like an oven and 20 at night. Too hot.

We were promised this morning Heat. It has been chilly and we were enveloped in sea frett for most of the afternoon. We are in S W Wales

It’s just come down to 31c here in S E Essex, we have had youngest GC all day and his brother after school.

Bouncy castle was up under the tree, lots of splashing and swimming in the hot tub (it’s a big one all GC have learnt to swim in it) I love the hot sunny weather.

5 miles outside Durham. Decidedly underwhelming weather today - only just warm and breezy and a few spots of rain about an hour ago. Overall, a good drying day for towels and bedding.
