Dear Grandmattie how could you be anything else but sad and lonely? Hope you get support today from the hospice and district team and that your daughter will be with you soon.

Another one who rarely posts but reads each day. Just wanted to add my thoughts and prayers for GM and family at this sad time.

I also rarely post, but do glance at the thread each day. grandmattie so sorry to hear that your DH is so poorly and that you feel lonely. Hopefully your DD will be with you soon and you can get some respite from having to cope on your own.
Take care GM and Marydoll you both sound low today hopefully the support you receive from the lovely contributors to this thread will help to make you feel a little better.

Another reader rather than poster. Grandmattie ‘ spinning the last threads of life’ what a beautiful phrase. Thinking of you although we will never meet. Such sorrow that you are experiencing and write about so eloquently filters down to us all in this virtual world. Hope you can feel the love
