What's for lunch and dinner today?

It's 09.30 and my thoughts are turning to lunch.

Jazz dance class later so will have my usual smoked salmon and scrambled eggs - something light to keep me light on my toes!

No idea about tonight... maybe salad, something from the freezer, odds & sods from fridge, who knows smile

We're also from t'North west too and eat a lot of sandwiches (occasionally we go all posh and have a bap,) and I might get brave and grill some bacon.
Dunno what's for tea (sorry dinner) yet, can't decide whether to strangle some eggs, or toast some cheese.

I was going to have the rare treat of fish and chips from the chippy for my tea tonight, but they've decided it's too hot and are closed until Wednesday. Cocoa pops it is then.

Had weetabix, blueberries and prunes about 11. Griddled hog burgers, salad and new potatoes for dinner.

Lunch was a bagel filled with cheese, tomato and mayonnaise. I'm roasting a chicken shortly to have cold later on with mango and lettuce, and either new potatoes or oven chips.

Chicken will then form the basis of dinner for the next couple of days.

Lunch: small chicken pieces poached on a bed of courgettes and tomatoes, with new potatoes and mange tout from the garden then half a Galia melon
Supper: ham salad and fresh apricots.

We had a party on Saturday
