Following on from the thread about your partner’s most annoying habit, confess your own.

I think mine is that I will always put the opposing point of view even if I don’t agree with it.

Always assuming the worst will happen. Mind you, it usually does!

Oldnproud Thu 14-Jul-22 11:27:59

Always being right, according to DH - even when I'm not (which is very rare, obviously grin! )

MissAdventure Thu 14-Jul-22 11:29:37

I'm a sniffer.
And I'm deaf.
And I never check that the hood of my coat is arranged neatly.

These are things that have driven people mad over the years.

Sago Thu 14-Jul-22 11:35:01

My impatience!

sodapop Thu 14-Jul-22 12:11:25

I do that as well Tizliz then often end up defending something I don't want to.

I'm impatient and intolerant but improving as my husband is the opposite and I'm learning from him.

Oh, that is so me, too! No idea why I do it - a sense of fairness?!

Other than that, procrastination is my biggest annoying habit. It annoys me more than it does MrS ! ??

nanna8 Thu 14-Jul-22 12:25:50

Impatience. I like to get things done on time if not sooner!

Mine Thu 14-Jul-22 12:54:29

Not really sure.......I'll away and ask my hubby and be back with my list shortly....grin

Cherrytree59 Thu 14-Jul-22 13:02:20

According to my sister and my daughter I'm bossy.
My daughter says she always has my voice in her head, when she needs to do something ?
hanging basket needs watering

Boz Thu 14-Jul-22 13:06:21

Bossiness. It's my way or the highway.

rockgran Thu 14-Jul-22 13:07:56

I thought I was wrong once... but I was mistaken!grin

Zonne Thu 14-Jul-22 13:10:37

I have to work hard at not insisting that my way is always the best way.

And impatience.

Pantglas2 Thu 14-Jul-22 13:14:06

I’m very organised and some people see that as me volunteering to do everything for them - my refusals often offend!

lovebeigecardigans1955 Thu 14-Jul-22 13:19:31

I wouldn't dare ask! It's likely to be that I think that I'm always right because after all, I'm so superior, aren't I?

Tizliz Thu 14-Jul-22 13:28:27

This is my OH, if you push him he might confess to being wrong once in 1953 - think this is Agatha Christie

yogitree Thu 14-Jul-22 13:31:51

I'm guessing my DH would have a field day with this question but I personally don't think I've got many annoying habits! Except maybe leaving tissues under the pillow.

Oopsadaisy1 Thu 14-Jul-22 13:38:33

Apparently.

It’s my way or the wrong way.

Im too independant.

Hmmmmm I don’t know what his problem is.

Redhead56 Thu 14-Jul-22 17:10:39

Quite a few but when we go out for a meal other than a Chinese banquet which is my favourite. I look at a menu for ages can not make up my mind even though there is probably only two things on the menu that interest me. It drives my husband mad because I take so long to choose what I want.

Humduh Thu 14-Jul-22 17:28:43

Often told indecision

H1954 Thu 14-Jul-22 17:33:58

My impatience!

Yes, me too! And I'm far too independent apparently..........comes from several years of living alone and having to do everything following a disastrous marriage where I still had to do everything.

Curlywhirly Thu 14-Jul-22 17:34:55

I'm very disciplined about what I eat and drink - very rarely go berserk, unlike DH, who if the mood takes him, can happily overindulge with the best if them. My remarks of 'don't you think you've had enough?' don't go down very well at all! I also can't sit still, Im always looking for something to do, drives DH mad ?

Marydoll Thu 14-Jul-22 17:42:14

I talk too much! In fact I never shut up.?

biglouis Thu 14-Jul-22 17:45:00

Being a planner and always working my way through lists of things to do.

Witzend Thu 14-Jul-22 17:50:46

I’m not going to ask dh - he’d probably give me a list!
