Following on from the thread about your partner’s most annoying habit, confess your own.

I think mine is that I will always put the opposing point of view even if I don’t agree with it.

My ex said "That's the trouble with you. You keep trying to start conversations with me". grin

So why did you do something so unprecedented MissA grin

Shocking behaviour, isn't it?

Well, if you asked my friends they would all have comprehensive lists of what they perceive to be my faults. However, my personal motto is " I don't need to argue I know I am always right" and I have no idea why they find this to be an annoying habit when I use it to respond to their obviously flawed opinions.

Apart from being deaf - nothing at all - have I?

That’s easy! I start things and never actually finish it drives my DH mad, I’m easily distracted

Impatience and pessimism. “

I think also that some people would think my extreme punctuality is annoying.

Being too much of a perfectionist. Being a bit bossy and naggy (so I'm told.)

My sister says I talk too much, but I just think it's because I live alone and when I see anyone I've so much to tell them. Also I'm a bit of a fretter, I worry at times over the silliest things.

Thinking with my mouth!

timetogo2016 Sat 16-Jul-22 11:24:12

Being stubborn.
I hate being told what to do,and when to do it, and will stand my ground rightly or wrongly.
Strangely,my family know it`s a trait of mine,and find it amusing,thank goodness.

annodomini Sat 16-Jul-22 11:24:12

Don't ask me. Ask my family and friends.

Beanie654321 Sat 16-Jul-22 11:38:50

I have difficulty saying no. If I do I then guilt myself into doing it.

Willow68 Sat 16-Jul-22 11:43:42

Smoking with out a doubt! I gave up for years and somehow started again. Also I am unorganised but that’s not a habit as such, I have ADHD so I’m constantly trying to organise myself with unfinished lists of tasks…

DanniRae Sat 16-Jul-22 11:43:45

I worry too much about everything!!

Nell8 Sat 16-Jul-22 11:47:24

Interrupting DH when he's engrossed in a TV programme and I've been sidetracked on Gransnet. "Whadiddyjustsay? Whoozee? " "Why don't you just shut up and listen, then you'll find out."

Ladyleftfieldlover Sat 16-Jul-22 11:48:20

I’m an ‘everything has a place and should be in that place’ person and if something isn’t in that place, I get annoyed! I’m also bossy and know I’m always right.

Saggi Sat 16-Jul-22 11:52:10

Impatience ….. and I married a man that’s does everything g at a ‘snails pace’…. drives me mad. Yep …impatient as hell!

LadyGaGa Sat 16-Jul-22 11:55:14

Needing to be prepared for every eventuality. I have ‘emergency’ everything. I’ve just spent the last week making sure I have emergency chargers for every appliance - ones in the house and some for my handbag with a power pack. Oh, and some for holidays. I drive myself mad! ?
