Good Morning Monday 5th September 2022

A late Good Morning from a bright N. Bucks following a wet and stormy night.
Late posting today as I forgot to charge my phone overnight.
DH has gone off for a few days golfing with friends .
I have just spent a happy hour with youngest DGS and DGS2 called in so I could see him in his ‘Year 2 ‘ uniform.
A few jobs to do and then art /craft for me.

Mary I too plan to do a “make it or break it” drive this week. I said to a friend that if I miss my turnoff and end up on the M1 I will sit in the slow lane until I either run out of petrol or die of fright - whichever comes first!! Good luck!

Gala we loved Saltaire also and especially the David Hockney exhibition.

I have a Ninja Mary and after the first few weeks I never use it. I prefer my old way of cooking as I like everything done at the same time.

Good morning Mick, Annie and all. We had the full works last night, Rain, Thunder and Lightening.
DH was going for a hair cut this morning, but has decided to put it off.
I ironed! 4 items and was worn out. Now having a restorative coffee. The washing machine is churning, but the bed needs re-making. It will get done before we go to bed.
Please will all the Air Fryer users let me know , how do they warm their plates. Or , do you put the oven on?
Lively pics of little ones starting school. So exciting for them.
Our car goes in for a service on Wed and it's first MOT. ?

Put them in a bowl of hot water and dry them just before use.

AuntiFlo I have a warming drawer but you can put them in the microwave for a few seconds.

Thanks for your welcome messages, ShazzaKanazza and monk08! I do indeed love tea, and rely on it to make me feel human first thing in the morning;-) … I expect I am not alone in this!
