For us you have gone above and beyond the call of duty and I would like you to rest now. You have had your own personal traumas very recently and must sit back.

I am sure others will agree with me- put your feet up please, there is more than enough to worry about without contacting I believe 70 of us. I can speak on behalf of many I know, personally, by email and online, it is not necessary.

I know you do not want me to put my nagging hat on! Have a good night's sleep if that is possible.
