Good Morning Everyone,
Its dark but its dry here in brackley this morning.
Yesterdays hospital appointments had a few mishaps , I went to the pre op hopefully for blood test , but unable to, I was directed to the path lab , where eventually they got the bllod mainly through my hands , was advised to eat plenty of beetroot as its good for the blood , I then went to the outpatients for my Glaucoma check ,again part done as photo was taken but due to a computer breakdown not possible to do field test .
Today , usual day shop in Bicester using the bus and having my usual cafe stop for a sarnie of bacon and egg .
Then return home .
Take Care,
Mick

Good morning Mick and everyone. It’s cold and damp in my corner of Lancashire at the moment with some rather watery sunshine.

Some of us are difficult to get blood from Mick, I hope you are not too bruised.

I haven’t read all your posts yet as I’m running late. Mr. B has been shopping and it’s all tidied away now so we’re enjoying a cuppa.

My usual routine today of housework, physio, cycling and Gaelic studies.

Have a good day all 🍂🍁

Great news from your DD Ashcombe, hope your GS is sorted soon.

You sound so tired GrandMattie, hope today is better.

Good to hear of your progress Baubles after being so very poorly.

Enjoy your sunny days Brook and Urms.

Hollysteers I love bagpipe music 🎵 Mr. B had a practice chanter but the first time the Burmese kittens heard it they ran away and hid behind the fridge. It took me ages to coax them out grin. That must be over 30 years ago, the chanter hasn’t been since.

Good morning Mick and all, from coastal West Sussex. Blue sky but breezy (too much breeziness recently).
Mick what a frustrating hospital visit. Will they call you back for the rest of your glaucoma test?
Ash good to hear you are making steady progress. Hope your GS is soon diagnosed and recovered.
Marydoll your PP is fortunate to have such caring parishioners. Shingles in the eyes sounds awful.
NannyJan what a dispiriting experience your Zumba class sounds- their loss, I think.
Shazza I hope your mum’s knee is soon fixed - reading about it I felt a twinge in my own knee and had to inspect it carefully 🙂
Grammaretto I have tried to turn off all notifications on my phone except messages and WhatsApp but I still get mysterious bleeps that are not either of these 😬
We have had furniture in the middle of the room for weeks now after having new skirting boards fitted, following on new flooring. DH is gradually working his way around a floor level, filling in screw holes and damaged plaster before painting. I am missing my books which have been packed away in boxes in the garage since the summer. It’s not that I have nothing to read, I just need to ‘browse’ every so often. Many are on my ‘tbr’ (to be read) list, having been spotted in charity and secondhand bookshops.
Oh dear, it’s very late. Some housework to be done and then a ‘small shop’.
