Each day I try to write three things in my gratitude diary that I am truly grateful for, even if down in the dumps or disappointed with something.
What three things would you put in your diary for today?
Mine:-
Went along to music club although tired with a bad back.
Daughter had a big promotion.
Her health scare was unfounded.

Sorted out my glass jars in the garage.
(I collect them for pickling, jams etc and have been putting off doing it for over a year)

Sorted DD’s ‘0’ birthday celebrations.

Cuddles with 8yr old GS whilst he read to me. (Special as he is growing so quick he won’t always want cuddles with Granny, let alone his weekly sleepover)

A friend texted to ask me to walk with her.
DD got a great settlement on leaving a job she hated.
My garden is full of yellows, whites and purples.

The pain on the ball of my foot is improving, so I shall enjoy my morning walk.

Many bulbs in bud and blue Anemone Blanda in flower.

Neighbour with shingles feels well enough to come with me to Asda.

Did a 75-minute walk
Had an Ocado delivery of nice food
Enjoyed a great bookclub dinner - the book had a Scottish connection and we ate haggis and my first ever tot of whisky! I'm always grateful when someone else cooks smile

Hi Everyone this is my first post coming up......feeling brave.
1. I am grateful for the ☀. No heat from it, but the light is glorious.
2 My one and only Hellibore is looking delightful. I told her that i thought her beautiful and I'm sure she stood even taller to show off her blooms.
3 I am so grateful for heat pads and hot water bottles, reducing the need for medication. 🌈 Aona

Had an email from the kitchen planner with 'pictures' of the design.

Went to Sainsbury's and, while there, bought a Charlie Bigham for tonight.

Sitting down now with a nicely chilled rose.
