1. Greatful to be alive, life is a gift.
2. I have a very understanding and loving husband.
3. I have sight... to see this beautiful earth.

Enjoying time with grandchildren who arrived yesterday for the week-end although they are both off to individual parties for most of today.

Nice e mail from ex neighbours where we used to live, also now moved too and invited us to call in when we are next in their area..

I managed to get all the fruit and veg I needed (even tomatoes) from my Sainsburys shop.

Am here and healthy

Booked holiday to 2 places have always wanted to go to

I went to the club and my daughter had some good news. A great day 😊
Not my back was bad and the health issue was nothing. They are negatives.

1. After two weeks of feeling absolutely awful i am feeling better and only a very faint positive covid test
2. I managed to shower after ….. days!
3. Had a lovely walk with my Puppy ‘Isla’ without needing to sit down at every bench.

Went to over 60's exersise class.
Got hubby out to walk 2 dogs together, unusual
Watched 'Better' with son. Companionable

Spoke to a young Mum and her lovely little girl in the park.
My Tesco shopping arrived on time
Had a nice enjoyable lunch

A lovely morning dog walk along the seafront and through the park which is full daffodils and crocus.
My bedding is on the washing line in full sun
My trees are getting pruned and I can see the view of the Lough a lot lot better

Crocuses and snowdrops are out in the garden .
Had nice evening with 2 sons and one of their gfs last night.
Enjoying my volunteer training on Tuesday mornings.

1) My kitty Dora recovered from a 24-48 hr “cold” (coughing, sneezing)
2) Every day this would be in my top 3 - my family and friends
3) After 1 year, that Ukraine is standing brave and courageous in the face of evil

Don’t ache after walking 9 miles yesterday
Family coming for dinner, all 5 grandsons will be there
What a nice idea this is

Son came over for breakfast and a catch up this morning.
No sickness this morning (no I’m not pregnant, just icky sometimes!)
Looking forward to Sunday’s trip to the carboot sale with my daughter and her family (and to the roast dinner later!).

Hmm, got norovirus so not feeling very grateful.

Oh, but I can still run fast enough to reach the toilet pan in time. There we are!

1. Had a lovely chat with my sister.
2. Had an equally lovely chat with my youngest.
3. My very under the weather dog wanted lots of cuddles which I was happy to provide. (He's got a loose tooth and, as was discovered when I took him in to see about it, possibly cancerous lesions at the back of his throat. Every day with him is a blessing at the moment. Not so grateful for the 6 week wait before the vet can operate, or the truly appalling cost of treatment. Because it's classed as dental, insurance won't pay out. £1,500 and rising, so far.)

Youngest grandson, with Spina Bifida, is learning to walk

Good start - video call from grandchildren 6yrs and 13yrs in Australia. Then nice local walk with DH. Off to hairdressers now, tea and chat too, always welcome.

After breaking my shoulder, I'm able to get out and drive again.
Looking forward to a trip to Edinburgh Airport to pick up a friend.
Made Caldo Verde for friends and family to enjoy tomorrow.

Being able to bake a beautiful cake in a lovely kitchen. Meeting daughters and grandchildren for lunch and having a wonderful husband who works so hard to make our home a nice place to live in.

I am grateful that I live in a country that is not at war,
that I have enough and I have loving and supportive friendships

I am grateful for my lovely music pupils and the progress they make.
I am grateful for my modern hearing aids that allow me to connect to my mobile phone and zoom meetings via Bluetooth.
I am grateful that my husband is very understanding and supportive of my chronic fatigue at this time. One day I will recover.

Daughter celebrated her birthday
Grandchildren came to say goodbye and hugged before l set off for a 5 week trip
Friend sent me an emotional Bon Voyage card
OH made poached eggs today !

That my two adult sons are well, & doing ok for themselves….
That I’m still able to enjoy baking assortment of cakes like I have done this morning…
My husband is still ok with wallpapering like he is doing today…
