Good morning all from a cloudy Glasgow, where its only 2°C.
Glad you enjoyed your day out Baubles. I quite fancy a trip to the tenement flat, as I was brought up in one.
I remember the gas lamps in the close, communal washing getting done in the wash house on a Monday and the elderly lady on the ground floor, with her black range.
I made it to vigil Mass last night for the first time since Christmas. Feeling very anxious about going, I had no need to worry. I got such a warm welcome, especially from the P.P, who greeted me with: Welcome home! I was quite touched.
Much to my delight, Dollie appeared with her parents. She couldn't wait to tell us about her excellent report card. My cup runneth over. 🥰
#proudgran.
We are out early this morning, our favourite plant nursery is having a special event.
Parking will be a nightmare, it's out in the country, so we will leave our car at DD's, who lives close by and take only one car.
Its lovely just to walk up and down, even if we don't buy anything.
Hoping Gingster's DD continues to improve, good best wishes to all those in the sick bay and those burdened with sadness or worry. 💐
