Good Morning Everyone,
Its bright and sun is shining here in brackley this morning.
I am still suffering with back pain , but I have done the normal massage with deep heat to ease it , maybe a comfortable day for me .
And try to relax and think of the pain .

Good morning everyone from sunny Lancashire. We had a lovely day in the garden yesterday and today will be much the same. I love hot weather, Mr. B not so much so plenty of cool drinks will be in order.

As always, wishing you all a good day, safe journey to all travelling and hope any poorlies are soon on the mend. 🌻
