Sorry all this is a moan, hoping to warn everyone away from a company called Prestige Flowers! Had used them for a while with a couple of hiccups that were rectified. One delivery to Southend instead of Clacton, another to the wrong address but retrieved by my DS walking the street till found!
Ordered flowers for DS&DDiL’s Anniversary! Correct address, correct date & payment in full! Order accepted! On the day no flowers so next day traced them to Chelmsford instead of Colchester! Emailed Prestige with no explanation given only that there may have been problems with Couriers, who happen to be one of the worst-Royal Mail! Two days later flowers arrived dead & smelling bad! Sent numerous emails & pics of the dead blooms all to no avail! Answers to my emails were excuses & a miserable recompense of £5, an insult! Will not get my money back nor replacement flowers sent! This Company are now ignoring my emails!
So please all GNetters do not trust this company. They will take your money & run!

BlueBelle I used to use local shops till disability hit & I now cannot get to a florist! There is no local one so would have to go into Town on a bus. At the moment impossible! If trying to order by phone what is available cannot be seen! So not putting a local shop out of business just using what is practical for me! Wish there was an easier way! Just want to warn people away from Prestige Flowers who have taken £50 from me & sent dead flowers!

BlueBelle it seems you do or did use online companies from your previous posts on this thread, but suddenly you change to use the local florist to preserve the high street. Do you have categories of goods that are permitted to be bought online and others that mustn't be? People use online or physical shops for very real reasons and nobody needs to justify their decision either way.

SillyNanny321 if you do a Google search for a florist in the town you want the flowers delivered to, they may very well have a website with examples of the arrangements they offer.
