Good Morning Everyone,
Its dark and dry here in brackley .
Today , I have my chiropodist at 9 , from then I will hopefully get the bus to Bicester ,after yesterdays attempt which I returned back on same bus as I went on , due the Diahorhrea, or though more settled I still get periods of wet , anyway the basic leporine capsules do not seem to give me the protection I get from the Imodium branded ones .
Take Care,
Mick

Do we know if Mick reads the posts after he starts the thread every morning? If not, perhaps Immodium advice would be better via a pm?

Thankyou Whitewavemark2 wondering why I am shattered today. Covid job yesterday.

We scattered DHs ashes on a beautiful sunny morning and each brought away a lovely pebble from the spot as a memory

What a comforting thing to do hollysteers. I hope you all drew comfort from your mission. It is indeed a beautiful spot.

imodium advice should only be from medics, even if well meant and caring

Imodium and its generics all have safety leaflets and Mick will have read them. Where people go wrong with imodium is that they use it when there is eg a food poisoning event and in that case the body needs to self-regulate and get rid. When people self dose in that case, they may well end up in hospital.

The OPs situation is completely different

Luluaugust, I’ll be in Perth for the day in two weeks time. Lovely city.
POA s take such a long time, one of ours took a year to be fully registered.
Safe travels to those on the move and hoping those with health issues have a better day.

With respect, Karmalady, I think that is what many posters are anxious about - that Mick may not have read the leaflets.

Imodium advice should only be from medics
This is exactly what many posters are emphasising. Mick has recently had a bowel op and needs to be in close contact with his hospital team.

Exactly, StacyAnna

Many of us on this thread have known Mick for many years and are well aware of his circumstances.
Any interference and nagging is due to a concern for a virtual friend and his health and wellbeing.
