Just to let everyone know.
After much soul-searching I have decided not to send Christmas cards this year.
Including postage, I normally spend around £100 on cards each year and generally the cards just end up in the bin and subsequently in landfill.
This is obviously a dreadful waste.
To counter this waste I have decided to take the £100 to the Argy and swap it for gin and any other alcoholic beverage that takes my fancy, massively reducing my ability to give a fu@k what anyone else thinks!
I'm sure you'll support me in this utterly selfish act. 🥃🍷🍺🥳🤪

I have been away aboard the HMS Culture McBoatface.
The hunky Captain Ivor Stamma had me at H H Hello, then again an hour later, etc.

Then he said he’d rip off my pa…pa… packa Mac as it had stopped raining.
Phwoar what an exhausting few days.

Don’t worry Laura the sprouts will be fine I’ve scraped all the burnt bits off the bottom and filled the pot again. They are boiling nicely now and the burnt bits have been used in tonight’s bubble and squeak 🐭 supper dish.
Hamish is still trying to get his sporran down for the ceiling fan (that girls been up there for days 🤔) and I’ve been helping Thor polish his hammer in the cellar.
Llamas broke into the poteen stash and are sleeping it off in the corner.

Excuse me, I’m not looking after this place all in my own 😡
I’ve cleaned the loos, washed the glasses (well wiped them over a bit) . Got the bar ready and made some freshly baked sausage rolls for the bar snacks. I admit they do look a little strange, a bit long and spindly but that’s what comes out of the machine.
