Good Morning Everyone,
I have woken up to a dark and what appears to a cloudy but cold start to the day .
Today usual go out on the bus return home and do fish or scampi & chips in the air fryer for a change with a tin of mushy peas .
Saw some friends have not seen to talk to for a few weeks yesterday but the weather I feel is taking its toll on peoples movements .
Take Care,
Mick

I love the dressing gown Maw. I may buy one for myself. Very glam!!
I have been busy sorting out my fridge freezers as one packed up and we have purchased a new one.
A very pleasant day to you all. My thoughts are with the unwell.
Not much else on today so will catch up with Granchester this afternoon.flowers

Good morning Mick and all. Grey but dry here in coastal West Sussex - much warmer.

I have enjoyed the blue skies and sunshine of the last few days but brrrr… These cosy and colourful garments (I can’t think what they are called) look perfect Rosiesmaw and Pittcity.

hollysteers and MrOops, thank you for the laughs!

Marydoll, I hope you get some help from your medical team but glad you had Babydoll to cheer you up.

Karma, sorry to hear about your tooth. I have dislodged a front crown biting into a very chewy flapjack. I fear my dentist will tell me it can’t be fixed, as she warned me last time 😕

Impressive loft Bonnybanko.

Tap dancing sounds fun, Susan.

Toby, you don’t say where you are - hope you get your boiler sorted quickly.

Maw, I hope the funeral will be a celebration of your friend’s life even though it was cut shorter than we expect these days.

I had a good day yesterday with a few things on my to-do list ticked off and some vegetable peelings and a lot of cardboard taken to the allotment compost bin. I nearly got frostbite when I broke the ice on a water butt to rinse my hands and had nothing to dry them with. I will be better prepared next time.

A trip to the post office to return a couple of unsuitable Amazon purchases is next on the list and I will call in for a chat with my neighbour later.

I’m in awe of your loft bonnybanko, wouldn’t dare let anyone see ours!

Good afternoon mick and All from a grey South Bucks.

Visited two sick, recovering friends this morning. Hopefully have a quiet afternoon before going to see Pinocchio Panto performed by our local Amateur dramatics this evening. It will be as manic as ever 😳🤪🥳

Good morning, it still is morning here. It's been very cold, -10c this morning. All of western Canada is under an artic front, but being coastal we are on the mild end of it. Still, this is the first real winter weather we have had so far.

I'm at work, catching up between jobs. There have been humpback whales in our harbour for the last 5 days, putting on quite a show for the locals. My DH texted that they are in view of our house. This is very unusual for here, since most humpbacks are near Hawaii or Mexico, but apparently some stay in the north and do not migrate. I must do a bit more research on whales. Anyway, it's thrilling that they are here, and I hope they are getting all the feed they need to keep the herds healthy.
