Celebrities with annoying laughs

Davina McCall. It spoils The Masked Singer when she shouts loudly in a common then she laughs. Such a course voice. She’s good on the Programme that searches for families, although can appear false but on the Masked Singer, it irritates me when she shouts becoming a reason not to watch.

Yes, Elaine Page's laugh is somewhat irritating - plus, those "horse teeth" cover her entire face. Cruel but true.

Has anyone stopped to think that the way people laugh is completely natural and they can't control their natural laugh?
It's a lot like our natural accents, yes, we can put on a different one, but when we're acting naturally, our natural accent and/or laugh comes out.
I do accept that some people can 'put on' or over-play these things, but people shouldn't be slated for their 'natural' vocal traits.
I've seen so many people on this thread say they don't like Alison Hammond's laugh OR voice, she's a true Brummie (as am I), and she can't help the way she speaks/laughs.

......and may I mention Claudia Winklemans fringe? Can she see beyond it?

My friend who worked in entertainment went to her house for an interview to be her PA. She has worked with many well known 'personalities' but walked out of the interview before it was over.
I won't repeat the exact words but rancid sums it up.

Grandmadinosaur On a whim I emailed Radio 2 as Elaine Page's snorting was just over the top. I had a reply from Malcolm, the producer, to say that it was perfectly natural and she didn't put it on.

Another one who can’t stand the silly laugh from Elaine Paige, I emailed the BBC a while ago to complain but she still does it.

Another vote for Elaine Paige and jimmy carr. I find their laughs annoying but I wouldn’t switch off. I like EPs radio 2 show as I love musical theatre. And I enjoy Jimmy Carr in 8 out of 10 cats . Although I find the guests more entertaining than him .

I don't think I know any of these laughter people!

I watched the local news on ITV Meridian last night and there was a man and woman on the sofa reading some very serious news, then they reached the quirky, funny stories at the end and the mood became lighter. Something funny was mentioned and the woman suddenly gave out a very loud laugh which shocked me. Then she did it again. The poor chap sitting next to her had it going straight in his left ear. I will try and find out her name.

I like Alison Hammond's laugh, and Alesha Dixon's snicker. They both make me smile. Dislikes - definitely Jimmy Carr, so false sounding. Not a fan of Rustie Lee's laugh either.

They are all on TV/radio ad nauseam Jaberwok and it looks as if most of us are in agreement on those named.

Me too, it's so annoying 😑 🙄
