You should do what feels right for you. The salient element about the description adult children is "adult". They have now made their own lives leaving you free to do what you want.

I would give it another year and then decide.

Maybe your partner could move here?

I would not move to another country after a one year relationship. Nor would I leave my adult children and grandchildren. However that’s me, and you are you.

He’s definitely the one . My soulmate, just feel so torn like I will be abandoning my girls and grandkids, brought my girls up alone from the age of 8 and 9 with very little
Involvement from their father , I’m all they have in the way of family support . Their father only only visits them once a year

Well I have 3 grandkids in Ireland and I was very hands on when they were little babysitting for a weekend here and there and as they got a bit older they visited me for their holidays now they are grown they are almost as close to me still as the ones that live near me
Do what’s right for you if you love your partner and would like to live in Ireland you can keep the relationship with your grandkids as alive as you would living here
But
The relationship is very young, a year is no time at all so be very careful you are sure he’s ‘the one’
