Am I alone in finding the woman in the new ads totally annoying?

I hadn’t seen the ad until now and it did prompt me to go online to check out the clothes . I like the clothes this season and AW too.
M & S have had a new head of design for women’s wear for several years now and she’s come from Topshop . So yes she’s trying to appeal to a younger demograph.
My DD who’s 30 and her friends get basics from marks , as well as undies, T-shirts, white shirts , jeans . My dd is a buyer for another high street store and was impressed with their wide leg linen trousers and wide leg jeans.
M&S regularly appears in the Times fashion sections .

MissAdventure

I can barely fit in my flat, let alone a pair of trousers.

This is one of the funniest posts I’ve ever read on Gransnet. Thank you for making me laugh out loud at 4:15am.
On a serious note I hope you are soon feeling better and moving through small spaces with ease.

I was in our M&S recently and commented to a friend that all the clothes looked good on the tall, slim models but had the designers/buyers/ execs actually visited a store lately? Most of the women shopping on an average weekday were middle-aged and older. My DD, who's in her late 30s, never shops there so I'm not sure who they think they're aiming at!

Awful, can't lipsinc or dance but does look good in the clothes.

Strategic bump for t***l avoidance.
