Having a lazy day

If you haven't had a lazy day yesterday or in the past few days, go for it! I enjoy a lazy day after I look after my two grandsons for two days. I luxuriate in being lazy, read, watch tv, listen to the radio and potter about.
However if it has become a habit then I make myself go out or do something in order to recover my motivation.
So either way is ok by me!

Awake very early this morning and by 9.30am thought about going back to bed as feeling so drained. Sat on sofa with a coffee and must have drifted off, now feeling guilty that nothing done, can't be bothered to go for a walk although I know that would blow away the cobwebs. Should I force myself to get active or just succumb to a lazy day.....what would you do???
