Re Princess Anne’s hair.

What would we all think if she suddenly appeared one day with a completely new hairstyle, a bob or a pixie cut say?

I think we would all be gob smacked.

She wouldn’t have to have a completely new hairstyle. She could have a flattering colour ‘rinse’ and a softer updo.

I'd rather see the royals as Anne is.

I like the way Sophie dresses, she wears the nearest to what I’d choose for myself if I was a working royal. I alway think Princess Anne looks happiest when she’s in trousers, she’s not really a dressed up person.
David Beckham looks great in a bucket hat, by the way.

Funny you should say that, my friend in France said only today that Princess Anne was looking suddenly a lot older. (That was without knowing about the horse injury).

The style she wears it in has never done her any favours.

She had a red stripe put in her hair years ago.
I was a child then but I seem to remember it caused quite a stir.

Princess Anne says her hair is easy to do herself.

Apparently Anne was shocked when she heard how long the actress who played her in The Crown took to do her hair. Anne said it only took her 10 minutes.
