Hi. Does anyone take these and find them useful ? I’ve been looking into supplements to help with my sleep and anxiety.
It seems these could help with these things along with cramp, and heart palpitations. It seems it’s difficult to get enough through a good diet alone. We need 320g a day, a banana which is high in magnesium is only 30g.

I’m a bit cross to say the least. After taking Vitabiotics magnesium tablets for the past year I contacted them to find out which type it is as the box does not tell you. They’ve just responded to say it’s magnesium hydroxide which is primarily used to treat constipation which I definitely don’t suffer from. Patient website said you shouldn’t take it for more than 3 days at a time. It seems what I need is magnesium taurate. I’ve looked at a list of different magnesium types - there are so many and heaven help you if you want one fors say, fibromyalgia and another for stomach problems. Would you take both? I want one for irregular heart rate as I can’t take beta blockers as they make me feel ill.

Have a look on the website HealthUnlocked. It a very informative website.
I follow the AF side it's been invaluable. I know they have informed comments on types of Magnesium.
Worth a look.
Hope you get it sorted.
