Good Morning Friday 10th January 2025

Good morning,
Another very cold morning. A keen frost to start, but it’s less frosty now but still bitter. I’ve been as far as the garage (and that doubles as another fridge at the moment 😅) to get the car out so DH can take himself to the dentist, so while he’s out I’ve done a few little jobs.
No plans to go anywhere yet. I seem to be in hibernation mode right now. It’s supposed to warm up a bit after the weekend. I do hope so.
A lovely, comforting looking fire Ash. Good thing you realised about the logs though 😲.

Oh my goodness Taichinan what a time you are having!
And I daresay there's nothing much you can offer to help apart from praying and perhaps keeping yourself healthy so at least noone needs to worry about you.

That about sums it up Grammaretto! But better news is that they're hoping to go back home in the next few days - the fire threatening them was one of the smaller ones and is well under control.
