Your signature scent.

Right now, I'd say it's wet Labrador...

I have a couple of fragrances that I wear, I wear fragrance every day, even when I have been in hospital.

They are all Jo Malone

Wood Sage and Sea Salt
Lime Basil and Mandarin
Orange Blossom
Basil and Neroli
Cypress and Grapevine (not sure if I will buy this one again, first new one I have tried for years)

I'm still using Annais Annais although I am aware that is considered a bit old fashioned these days.
Magazines used to sometimes have small samples of perfume attached to some adverts but I don' think they do that any more.

I think I must be a bit weird but I hate perfume! - always have. I do not like the after scent it leaves on clothes.

I do however like essential oils round the house.

Always CK Obsession since it first came out. I’ve dallied with Jo Malone a couple of times, but always returned to CK. I use 3 bottles a year and my Sis-in-Law bought me another 3 for Xmas.

I have always used L’air du Temps , but the last bottle I got the perfume smell didn’t last neither did it smell the same as before.now trying L’Occitane ( the green one) very pleasant but again doesn’t seem to last long.DD always says she can smell it when she gives me a hug so maybe my sense of smell has gone/ changed??

Same here, it makes me feel ill and gives me a headache - I can't even stand walking through the perfume section of shops!

Ditto! I became very sensitive to perfumes about 30 years ago and haven't worn them since. Apparently it's the chemicals in them. The extremely expensive ones are probably a less chemical formula. I can tolerate something like a very lightly perfumed face cream so that's my "scent". Or my shampoo scent. But when I did used to wear perfume my favourite was Miss Dior.

I wear perfume most days too, GG. I always spray it on before a room call, for some reason. It makes me feel more professional/confident/dressed or something.

I like JM Orange Blossom, too. And their Red Roses, which is a lovely take on what can be an aging scent.

I remember Anais Anais - I wore that years ago, and loved it. I haven't smelt that for ages. And yes, the little samples in magazines seem to be a thing of the past. Perfume is so expensive now that it's maybe not viable?

I had a L'Occitane one - Narcissus? Daffodil? I can't remember now, but I liked it. It was left behind in a drawer at work, and I bequeathed it to a colleague who found it after I left.

Not weird at all I don’t like perfume either but do like woody/floral scented candles.
Am afraid strong perfumes nearly always give me a headache. My favourite scent on anyone is the smell of freshly laundered clothes, if someone bottled that I’d probs like it.

I don't like walking through the perfume section of a store, as the clashing scents can be too much, but I do like pleasant smells. I use oil diffusers in the house, and love bath oil and essential oil-based cleaning products such as Purdy and Figg. I don't go overboard (or not to my nose, at least!). Chemicals can trigger my asthma, so I have to stick to natural products at home.

Nikura makes a Fresh Linen oil blend. I really like it, and often use it in an oil diffuser in the kitchen.

I'm not sure if I've ever had an actual signature scent though. I genuinely can't remember the last time I even wore perfume. I tend to like light, fresh scents, so I did like the Guerlain Aqua Allegoria range, particularly the Mandarine Basilic.

Vice versus Mine used to be Guerlain MandarineBasilique, which I still like but now my favourite is Fame.
I don’t really use perfumed things around the house, although we do have spray in the toilet.

I've tried many different ones over the years but I always come back to Chanel No 5. Old fashioned it might be but I like how it smells on me and it's very much my signature scent which I wear most days regardless of what I'm doing.

I’ve always loved perfumes and there’s been a few mentioned already which I’ve worn in the past. From Patchouli oils in my late teens/early twenties to Anais Anais, Ysatis and Giorgio through my thirties. For probably the next decade I wore Obsession but now I prefer Rose scents and Jo Malone Red Roses has been my choice for a number of years. 🌹

I wear it every day even if all I’m doing is scrubbing the bath.

I've given up now on Chanel No 5 as it's too expensive. I wish a nice man would buy this 82 year old a small bottle. Ha ha fat chance!

Issey Miyake. Used it for years and can't remember how many have asked "Excuse me, but what are you wearing ".
Well, you are not going to say "I t may not suit you" are you .
Lovely that all my family know it as "my" smell as it were.
Be even better if they bought it !

I love Mark Jacobs Daisy, love the freshness and cute bottle. Don't like strong perfumes, my daughter in law wears Poison, and it always gives me a headache, also love Miss Dior, that's a lovely light smell too.

Perfumes are my biggest weakness. They are regularly gifted to me - Easter/ Christmas/ Birthday/ Mother's Day... and there are always a couple I'm on the lookout for.

At the moment I like I Want Choo by Jimmy Choo. Daft name but lovely perfume.

I have always loved perfume and never leave the bedroom in the morning without having had a spray.

I always use Clinique Aromatics nowadays because one of the grandchildren called it 'ma's lovely smell'.
